Finding the perfect gift for Mom
Does your mom deserve only the best for Mother’s Day? Or course she does! That’s why we’re here to help. Keep reading to see how to make this the best Mother’s day yet for Mom.
Follow these simple steps to ensure Mom feels the love this year for Mother’s Day.
1. Call Mom and tell her you love her.
This is the most important step!
2. Get hints
In the weeks prior to Mother’s Day, try to pick up on the subtle hints she’s leaving about what she wants for Mother’s Day. If she isn’t giving tips or hints, you’re not doing a good job of listening.
3. No hints? Get ideas from QuiBids.
Okay, so there’s always that chance that your Mom didn’t give good enough hints, or you just didn’t have time to get hints from her, which is totally understandable. Try browsing items in the QuiBids Store. You’ll be surprised at what all we offer.
4. Bid or Buy Now
When you find an item that she’d be interested in, click on the item to go the its Product Page. From there, you can purchase the item directly by clicking the Buy Now button (NOTE: Each QuiBids Store purchase comes with free bids!), or you can view upcoming auctions to add to your watchlist by hovering your mouse over the upcoming auction and clicking “+Watchlist” when it appears.
If you decide to go the auction route, we suggest using Real Bids, that way you can apply your used bids toward purchasing the product at retail in the case that you don’t win the auction – priced just like any other typical retail purchase. Of course, if you win, you’ll get an unbelievable deal on the gift for your Mom.
Are you a Mom who hates getting bad Mother’s Day gifts? Maybe you want to give your kids some direction on what to get you. Whatever the case, we can help you tell your kids exactly what you want.
1. Figure out what you want
You’ve probably already completed this step. 😉
2. Drop hints like KD drops threes
You can do this by being either subtle or direct, whichever method works best for you. If you want to be more direct, share the URL of the product you want on your Child’s Facebook wall with something along the lines of “Get me this for Mother’s Day.” Sometimes, however, the subtle approach works better. Try posting the product URL on your own Facebook wall and say something like “I sure hope somebody gets me this for Mother’s Day.” If your kids are savvy enough to get the hint (or if they’ve read this blog post), then you shouldn’t have anything to worry about.

Hope you have a Happy Mother’s Day!
