QuiBidder of the Week – Daniel A.

Posted by Blake Brown under Testimonials

QuiBids' QuiBidder of the Week for the week of April 8, 2013 - Daniel A.

Say “Hello!” to Daniel, the newest QuiBidder of the Week! Daniel has been bidding on QuiBids for a few months now, and has quickly proven to be on top of his QuiGame.  Continue reading to learn more about Daniel’s QuiBids experiences. Go here to tell us your QuiBids story and you could become the next QuiBidder of the Week, just like Daniel!

How long have you been bidding on QuiBids?

“I’ve been a member of QuiBids for a few months now. I found out about the website two years ago, and honestly I wish I would have joined then.”

Tell us about a recent QuiBids win.

“Wow — where can I start? I’ve won so many things from QuiBids. I’ve truly been blessed. My most recent win was a Samsung HT-E550 HTIB 5.1 Channel 1000-Watt Home Theater System. I used 51 Real Bids and 21 Voucher Bids. My total savings were $30.60 (81%). My best win to date is a Bose CineMate II Speaker System. I used 6 Real Bids, and BOOM! It sold. Altogether it cost me $3.60 in bids, plus the $17.00 ending price. It’s in my living room now and sounds awesome! My other wins include 10 gift cards, a Samsung Dock Station cost me 2 cents. I’ve won 4 pairs of headphones, a Cuisinart Cookware Set, pasta maker, JBL in -ceiling speakers, 7 Casio G-Shock Watches, a Nambe Pitcher, and much more!”

Have you ever given your QuiBids win as a gift to someone else?

“Yes. I won a Panasonic Iron for my wife. I’ve also given headphones to my daughter, and a $50 gift card to my friend.”

Do you use Buy Now?

“I only use Buy Now on Voucher Bids because I can always use more bids and might as well buy them when a lot of people always tend to over bid.”

What advice would you like to give to a new QuiBidder just starting out?

“Take your time and don’t bid crazy. Look for the power bidders and stay away because they will make you spend all your bids. Look at the date when they became a member so you wont fall into the trap. Let the power bidder take the auction, unless you are ready to go broke. Finally, see what was the last item the person you are bidding against had won. If their last win was, for example, 250 Vouchers, be ready to spend a lot of bids.”

Anything else you’d like to add?

“I’ll be a QuiBidder for life. Happy bidding!”
